It is time to sign up for our high adventure trip next summer (2024) at Summit Bechtel Reserve. We are doing the "Experience" program for June 22 - June 28, 2024
The total cost of the trip will be in the neighborhood of $1900. Here's how I arrived at that figure:$110 deposit for Summit Bechtel due by April 24$495 first half for Summit Bechtel due by October 1$495 second half for Summit Bechtel due by February 28, 2024$400 for airfare due in spring 2024 (rough estimate)$200 for ground transportation due in spring 2024 (rough estimate)$200 for incidentals due in summer 2024 (rough estimate).
Various fundraisers, including the bike sale and flower sale, can be used to offset these costs. All payments are non-refundable unless we can find a suitable replacement.
